Well, there's a couple of things to check before you give us a call. One, make sure the car is in park/neutral. Two, if you have another key, try it and three, put your foot on the brake/clutch when you try to start it. Most of the time we're in such a hurry we don't notice that we've forgotten something. Always double-check the simple things.

Give us a call if it still doesn't want to start. We can try to do some problem solving with you. Always call us before trying to jump the car yourself. If we are not able to help you over the phone, a tow would be required. For Porsche's, Mercedes Benz's, Audi's and BMW's, we urge that your vehicle is towed on a flatbed truck. A flatbed is the safest method of transportation for your luxury car.
